In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe that I have been banned because i made a new character to start a new life but used my storage locker owned by another character to get some items (weed i think it probably was) to go and sell and make some starter cash for myself. i wasnt aware this was a bannable offence as i just assumed that as i had access it was ok to use it. it never occurred to me that it was against the rules as i havent read them in years.

Why should we unban you ?: i apologise for error in my judgement. im not a cheater. i admit i thought it was nice that i could access the locker and get some items but at no point did i consider it to be against the rules. i just thought it was a perk of the game! im not normally ever in the report a player forum as ive been a fairly good player for the most of my time in the server. Ive had my ups and downs like anyone has but i dont think im someone who needs to be excluded. if unbanned i will accept my lesson and punishment and wont use storage lockers in this way again.

So you just realised you had access and took the things out that you thought would help your new character out? 

Yeah pretty much. I'm guilty of shortcutting and being a bit lazy basically. I admit that wholeheartedly. I've done it in lots of mmos when starting a new character, leaving them with a load of starter cash/gold/items etc to make the first few hours a bit easier. It hasn't ever been an issue before but obviously here it's against the rules. 

I can see why it's an issue for other items (valuable stuff like guns etc) but it never occurred to me that this would be in the same vein as that. 

Yes I've broken a rule and yes I hold my hands up to that but here and now I am not trying to justify my actions as being right but more to explain the motivation behind the decision. I accept what ever you decide from here and obviously will separate my players more directly in future if allowed to return. 

I'm not here to grief another player or cause intentional harm to the server. I saw it as a shortcut for myself and that's all. I will accept whatever punishment is given. I can't really show remorse on text but if this counts for anything then I apologise for my actions. 

 I should have gone to do food delivering for an hour instead basically and grinded. 

You should have. However, an hour of doing food deliveries would have not brought you over 1 million, would it?

Know about what? You ought to just tell me what you're talking about?

No not really. The only thing I can think of is from a while ago. I gave money to someone (a relative of mine) to buy a car as I wanted him to get into the game as I was showing him about. He watched me play and changed his mind due to some stuff in game and then gave me the cash back. If its that situation you're referring to then I'd prefer if you just came out and said it. 

All I've seen of this ban is a number. No context and no conversation with anyone so I'd rather dispense with the guessing games and you just tell me what the crack is. I can give you an explanation then but I really don't want to play Chinese whispers if that's OK. 

If it isn't the situation above then I honestly don't know what it is and if it is then that's my dad, he's almost 70 and was gonna get into the game. I can provide char names and character id if you need proof. If that does anything to understand I'm telling the truth. 

Either way I'd just prefer you were frank with me because this guessing game is just tedious. I've told the truth and would prefer to just resolve the issue one way or another. 

Unfortunately that is not how it works.
I am not here to spoon-feed you what you did wrong and I have already given you 2 chances in this appeal to come clean and tell me about the stash that you used to transfer money from your judge character to your gang character. Granted, there has been a middle-man involved, who received the money and put it into the stash and that might have very well been your father, however, I would not call 2 weeks "a while ago". 

So at the most, you exploited. At the very least, you and the other person broke this rule too:
(G5.7) Character Growth - Your character should have long term growth. Your character should not join our server on creation and instantly be a millionaire crime lord. All characters should grow into their roles – initially starting off with few resources and knowledge of the city.

To be quite frank, your attitude right there stinks and you still refuse to come clean. Therefore, staff will not be entertaining another appeal for 2 months.
