Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was scouting the area and saw a solo crewed Trojan Unit. I went to try and rob him, had a firearm pointed at his head, during this time he drew his firearm and proceeded to shoot me.

Just to add further. I did have a discussion with Thomas in teamspeak. Where he stated that if he was in my position, that the Officer wouldn't have stood a chance, which to me sounds like he acknowledges the fact that what he did wasn't valuing his life. However, due to the outcome of the scenario, he disregarded it because he survived.

I would like to make comment on this before the appropriate people deem the appropriate outcome.

Firstly, I would like to say that, throughout the whole scenario Billy has not been pointing his firearm to my head, the firearm has been directed to my chest as seen from his footage. I have identified this within game also which is ultimately why I took the chance with drawing my firearm and engaging. I had full belief in the equipment I was wearing and carrying, that it would protect me from a shot to the chest.

Secondly, the value of life aspect has been dropped dramatically due to Billy’s accomplices not having weapons, their only input to the scenario was being loud and using fists. I have identified the male in black t-shirt as being behind me and as such I moved away from him. This has caused him to become a shield between me and Billy further lowering the risk to my life.

Thirdly, where Billy states, “Where he stated that if he was in my position, that the Officer wouldn’t have stood a chance, which to me sounds like he acknowledges the fact that what he did wasn’t valuing his life”. That was not an admission of guilt. This has been misrepresented entirely. I said to Billy following this, “If you did that to me, you’d be dead.” I was saying this as if I were in his shoes and he was in mine that he would be dead as I would be able to identify the pulling of the firearm a lot quicker.  As seen in the video my reaction time was quicker than Billy, i.e. To pull a firearm and fire the first shot effectively.

Personally, I feel that I was confident enough in the situation to draw my firearm and take the first shot. Based on all the external factors I believe my life was not in enough danger for me to simply drop my equipment and let them steal the car. If they had said to me keep my hands up instead of by myside I would have listened as the reactionary gap would be a lot bigger.

Right I have a question for you @MrBlackout obviously the rule you are being reported for is this:

Now wouldnt you say having a firearm pointed at you is an obvious disadvantage when you yourself don't have a firearms out yet and you still have to draw it ? Therefore you are putting yourself at risk immediatly upon reaching for the weapon.

Alright, I have reviewed the report and decided upon the following.

You have not valued your life in this situation at all @MrBlackoutyou got caught offguard with your pants down and instead of complying to someone who spent time planning the hit you  decided to play Rambo, granted you won but you still broke the rule. Now, how i think it should have gone is you should have complied he had a gun on you the entire time and 2 other mates around , you couldnt possibly know they didnt have weapons unless you have xray vision. It was a mistake on your end it ended with you being jumped anyways, i'm pretty sure they teach in Police not to go out alone and always at least double-crew for this exact reason.Please learn from this and in future comply if you get into a similar situation.
