Please (in detail) describe the incident: Rekkemmo and I were in Kavala, I had just connected so was regrouping with the people in my channel. Rekemmo had just spoken to a guy in a truck boxer and he and another had gone off to do apples. ollie horrocks approached us and asked if we wanted to see something, making the assumption this would be a rook wielding hobo I declined, I then mention it TeamSpeak that I had had an interaction earlier with his gang 'OFB' while on as NHS where I had been VDMed by 'OFB' after reviving them. The man then draws his rook and knowing what is about to happen both of us draw, as can be seen in the video he proceeds to wave it around a bit, and just as I order him to put it away he opens fire on Rekemmo without providing any initiation.

We didn't resolve this with him as we planned to inform him about what he did with a note however before we had the chance he launched into questioning about why he couldn't abort from the server, this is the same thing I had seen 30 minutes earlier with OFB where they simply disconnected after. I didn't attempt to look for him in TS.

Do you have video footage of him questioning you as to why he couldn't disconnect. It's always helpful to get a complete context in video form. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

Although the clip leading up to the incident is not 3 minutes as is usually required, I believe I can gain enough context from the footage provided. The reported player has quite clearly opened fire without providing any form of high quality Roleplay, followed by continuously breaking RP despite every attempt by yourself to steer him back into character and lastly combat logged. 

It is as a result of this that the following action will be taken:

Ollie Horrocks - 1 day temporary ban (A1.2) + (A2.1) + (A1.5)
