Offer drug option not working?

Me and my boys were trying to sell drugs. it lets you offer once/or it just glitches and nothing happens, then you cannot offer drugs to anyone after that. The option wont pop up and no matter how long you wait or how many times you relog it wont help.

 
Where abouts on the map are you trying to sell drugs?

There is a 3 second delay between interactions as well

 
I tried to sell everywhere but couldnt Yea I know there is delay but it just freezes, nothing happens

Are you still having any issues with selling drugs to locals? Do you have any videos of this happening?

My 2 cents...

I've sold thousands since the report. It works as intended as far as I now.
