EDIT: This suggestion relates to the first item on the 9th Oct changelog which disables OOC messages being displayed (they vanish into thin air) unless using /ooc
Brief Summary:
OOC is important - Make it easier for people to know how to use OOC properly rather than just punishing those that don't
So we have /ooc mainly for 'important questions' which is great and helps reduce spam. The issue is that the newbies who will be asking the questions won't know how.

If people type normally, (e.g press T and type "how do i do x,y,z") it currently disappears which can be confusing, give them a notification or alert that explains:

- That to chat in OOC you do /ooc "message within quotes like this"
