I did accidentally hit this person with a heli upon taking off however landed to apoligise, after I got back into the heli the person asked me if I had a stretcher and I said no, the person said put your hands up or die '3.2.1'. This was very low rp from their side. After I this I did ask them to come into TS to resolve the issue however they never come leading me to make this report for staff review
