We landed in front of a HEMTT which we were going to Rob, and he rammed directly into our rotors, despite there being plenty of space to evade us, or even stop. I believe he rammed into us to avoid getting robbed. And after that, he didn't come out and apologise but was adamant what he did was okay. After the discussion, he decided to execute me and Kez without high-quality roleplay, but said fuck all.

I don't thing Nibbies has a forum profile so I will just go into this report. 

At 52s into the video the HEMMT made no attempt to get out of the way of the helicopter, there are multiple ways he could have gone. as you can see when the HEMMT hits the helicopter he is still on the road.

It is clear the HEMMT had no intention of stopping whatsoever and decided to just 'bite the bullet' and go straight into the helicopter. 

This is a clear rulebreak of: 

[SIZE=medium](2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).[/SIZE]

After the HEMMT finally stopped and came back to talk with you guys he says "What was you trying to do" and then after you reply he states "I am not able to go onto the grass" which is completely false as there was plenty of room either side of the helicopter. 

Action Taken - Banned for 2.1 - VDM
