where in the video is the VDM?

My fellow friend Neko Fox was flying from Athira to the Rebel Outpost to attempt to help out fellow downed members of our gang, once he arrived, he tried landing his helicopter when a jet 
committed VDM and hit Neko's helicopter resulting in him crashing into the ocean and overall losing all his gear/weapons. 

the VDM happens right after the 6 minute mark

You will need to provide a better video. The video does not show the actual incident in a way that a member of staff can accurately determen if rules has been broken.

From what i can see in the video the pilot of the hummingbird is flying backwards and then getting hit by the jet. 

Report rejected as this is not vdm but a accident. And since your pilot taking off and start flying backwards then there is no way the jet can fly around it.

For the next time please issue a video where is clear as we struggle to see what happen.
