Description of what happened:
It starts with me and my friend driving around Kavala and this guy saying: Hey man! So we stop, he pulls a gun and wants us to get out, so we drive off. He shoots my friend, i have a shoot out with him and he runs away. Medic heals my friend and we go out looking for the guy. We even told cops how he looked, but they didnt catch him. A while later, we spotted him, past him by and heard him say; ''Hey man!'' again. Since we know his voice and appearance, we know it's him and we know what he is trying, so we pull over, shove our guns in his face and make him surrender. We then kill him on the spot for his actions against us.
He then accuses me and my friend of RDM since he had his hands up, he thought if he complied it was RDM to kill him. I got him on teamspeak to explain this, and he proceeds to call me ''Mentally Ill''. I then banned him on teamspeak then and there because there is no excuse for calling people this. Straight after he tried to get a admin in TS to talk to him.. (wonder how he got in the TS when I banned him..)
And surely after sitting there for a bit, a red offroad comes across the top of the hill. I already established previously this is his vehicle of choice. The car comes straigt toward me and my stationary car (not parked on the road) and rams into it head on. I then turn the recording back on as it was on pause. You don't see him ramming me, but you see the second straight after, I still have the '' You got VDM'd'' message on my screen and both our cars are broken. You can see his name for a split second when he gets out of the car and then he disappeared in thin air. No sign of him anywhere, no leaving message, means to me he combatlogged back into the lobby.
Also, this is without proof, after I explained to him how killing him with his hands up is not RDM as long as I have a reason (following him around for ages, told him to stop and hand himself in dozens of times etc.), he proceeded to rob a lot of people and seconds after the ''Zyk robbed NAME'' message, he killed them. Happened at least 5 times, so someone out there should have some evidence on this too, if needed.
I was going to Zaros to buy new ammo and when returning to Kavala direction, decided I would make a stop and wait by the side of the road. I had good expectations that this man would go toward Zaros again, to stock up on ammo or weaponry
What Rule Was Broken ?:

[SIZE=medium]Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban) [/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]However using the following vehicles to immobilise each other (eg. Hunter VS Ifrit or Strider VS Ifrit etc) is permitted in roleplay for whitelisted factions or people in ownership of a rebel membership - Hunter/Strider/Ifrit[/SIZE]
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I tried to resolve the first case where he accused me, only to have him say ''And this is why they should not give moderator positions to mentally ill kids like yourself''. So I could not try to resolve the VDM/combatlog, since he is permabanned of the teamspeak. I admit i did not bother looking if he found a way around it. I talked to him in sidechat and he said nothing.
