Zoom in Car Glitch

So when driving in a car you can zoom in right? So why does it sometimes want to bounce in and out when i'm doing 160MPH round devils bend mate. Anyone know how to fix this?

If it's you die while in a vehicle, move in a passenger seat and then scroll wheel to a driver seat, should fix it
