Time & Date this happened: 15:30ish, 28/12/2014.
Description of what happened:
Today I logged into the server with one thing to do, fill my truck up with cannabis and sell it. I drove to buy ammo from the handgun store and then I was on my way. Knowing there are police about. I mainly took dirt roads, but stuck to 80 km/h on highways to avoid attention.
Now, with a truckload of cannabis, I pass a cop on the opposite side of the road, again I'm doing ~80 at this point. I look behind me, he turns around and pulls me over.
Obviously, he is stopping me, and you can bet a billion pounds that he would've searched me. Me... a guy with 120 pounds of cannabis. I quickly get out of my vehicle and fire 6-7 9mm rounds at the cop car and start my dash into the wilderness, gunshots flying right past my arse.
After running for a while, I hear gunfire, but it is not close at all. So i get down and start crawling around, and there I see it, tracers flowing towards my truck.. I see the cop, he shoots and then hides. He is actually shooting my truck to get me to come back. My truck was in mint condition before this, why did he need to do that?
Im pretty close to the scene now, and I see the cop cross the road. I obviously take a few more shots but I was no match for his automatic rifle. I died and my truck was crushed. Fabulous!
Now, rule makers might disagree with me, but as it isn't covered anywhere, I believe this is abuse of "game mechanics" in that he knows anyone driving a truck along that route will be doing drugs, no doubt about it. If I was driving erratically with blood all over my windshield, perhaps I would have warrented a stop. But I believe that there is no justification in stopping someone for just driving. Am I to be told that if I have a clean record (I didn't at this point, but how could he know (bounties from previous days)) and I'm driving along a road, my success rate is 100% dependent on NOT passing a cop? no matter how I'm behaving? really?
So just because I drove on that road I lost my truck, my cannabis and all my gear. Granted, my gear would've been saved (except for my gun obviously) if i gave up and was sent to prison, but that is pretty much the same as dying.
TLDR; I believe Zinder Knightley abused knowledge of how the gameplay works just to get a stop, and did it completely out of roleplay.
I expect a counter argument of anti-role play on my part for exiting the truck and shooting, but I believe no other options exist that could have let me have a chance of continuing on.
Disclaimer: I have a bounty of 1,100,000 on my head at the moment, but I've died several times (even to cops) and it hasn't gone away, so I imagine the wanted system is different to the bounty implementation.

Now, after I was told about this template, I realise there is very little chance that this will be resolved, but id still appreciate an answer on the gray area of so called "random stops".
