Zafias are still ingame i believe in some houses, unless recently it has been script removed, i have seen them in people houses long with mk200s and of course you can still buy the ammo at rebel outpost (i think) however if you found one i'm sure using one in a gunfight is a first class way to deportation.

Some random hobo handed in an MK200 to me once at police station. I was giddy with excitement... And sad when it got impounded in an SUV.
