Here's a question for the admins, can young recruits be taken hostage as they are basically CSO's because they are unarmed.

(7.1.1) Taking hostages must be roleplayed to a very high quality. Please note if taking police hostage CSO's, PCSO's and unarmed negotiators cannot be taken hostage.

If s young recruit is at the rank of CSO/PCSO then they cannot be taken hostage. If they are PC+ that's fine.

Police ride alongs can be taken hostage.
