"You've got fans" achievement

It seems that if you simply turn off allowing people to follow you, then turn it back on, you get the achievement regardless of how many followers you have.

I just tried it, and it worked, and I only have 17 followers.

yea it works like daanish said, turn off and then on again and you get the achievement (I only have 1 follower)
