Yellow tazer...

OK this is odd, never took notice before but someone was just talking about a police officers yellow tazer, I thought he was RPing but then someone said its a skin... all I see is black handgun with silencer on it :/

They have different stats too, the black taser is for SGT+ and it has a faster fire rate. The yellow taser fires slower but does the same thing.

As Tex Said there are two different types, The Black one is the Rook 40 9mm which is the SGT+ taser. The Yellow taser is the PO7 9mm which is the PCSO+ Taser.
