Description of what happened: We caught these guys at the weed field after a big operation where two officers died. One had a truck full of weed and we restrained them all to bring them to the station.
Somehow the players were able to repeatedly get out of the car (it was unlocked at first but then locked). After what felt like hours of trying to get them in the car we were about to give up but I manged to at the last moment.
Brought them all to the station and when I took them out one (who was restrained) was no longer restrained and ran away. I chased him for a bit, shot my taser without warning cause of the trolling and glitching , but lost him in Kavala. That was Xin Sau.
I went back to the other two and heard Sammy say "how'd you do that?!" (You can vaguely hear it in the video) and the other player was running away. I chased him for a bit after the video but lost my will because of the amount of time wasted. That was Ching Chang.
When I arrived back Sammy was also gone but I'm not reporting him because I have no proof he glitched, he may have been picklocked out or released by a passing officer though RP.
I usually wouldn't make a report about glitching restraints as its most likely new players who just need time to learn the rules but these guys caused me and my officers nothing but grief. They were there to troll, not RP.
PS- the actual video has a lot more accounts of them jumping out of the car, I had to cut it for uploading. Hope that's okay.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3C)[SIZE=medium] Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried to contact them via the mobile because I couldn't find them on teamspeak. Sammy's the only one who messaged me and I explained he most likely wasn't in any trouble because I couldn't prove he didn't glitch his restraints. (and he only jumped out of the car only twice or so)
