The server is being updated right now, I am awaiting for the developer to provide a changelog so it can be announced.
In the meantime the server is being locked and unlocked to manage the amount of people connecting as arma3server.exe cannot take the amount of people connecting and downloading which usually is 120 people within 2 minutes after a peak time restart.
Just keep trying and you will get on, Yes its rubbish but that's just the way it is with updates with a server this popular.
