Wounded players

If my friend is wounded, can I drag them like the medics can? is it possible to put wounded people into cars and if so how?

You need to have a stretcher (buy one from Hospitals)

It's always handy to carry blood bags and stretchers at all times because when playing with friends they are more than likely going to end up dead. just saves you a trip.
