Would someone get banned for this? (2)

This started at the motors place, to buy cars/trucks. 

2 cases happened: 

Case 1: Followed a guy to the motor NPC. He was buying something I knew that just didn't know what, so I said hands up and don't buy anything, no car no trucks. If you do, I'll kill you. 

I said it four times, in the span of around 10 seconds. Go figures; he ended up buying it. And it was a truck, big one. Something around +300k 

So I tried to kill him, but cops got there, and I barely ran away. Was I in the wrong If I have killed him? And if I report him, with evidence/video. Would he get banned? 

Case2: 

Again, saw a guy at the motors NPC. I felt he was buying something/had a shit ton of cash. I tried to rob him, but when I said blah blah blah, hands up. He said can we negotiate this? Note he hasn't gotten his hands up yet. I said no, hands up now. He kept stalling and said I have friends around. I knew someone was coming, I just fucking knew it. So I said hands up, or you will die right now and other stuff. He stopped there doing nothing for a good seven seconds.. still, haven't shot him, and go figures. His friend got on the location, ended up dying. But managed to escape due to how I framed the guy who shot me and or, cops forgot about me and took him lol. If I had shot the guy who was stalling, would I be in the wrong? (PS: he ended up having a good amount of money in the end, but I didn't rob him) I Wanted to do a countdown, but I felt that was not allowed/worst kind of RP. But it was the only things that would have WORKED on him. Please tell me what you think, would be awesome to have a staff's opinion. The guy I was robbing, his friend joined in while his friends had his hands up but I couldn't rob him for some reason. We did some RP, as I was trying to escape and if he shot me, I would kill his friend. Lastly, we agreed to me leaving quietly, while both of us facing the other direction of each other. He ended up shooting me in the back.

PS: case 1  happened twice, so I pretty much lost around +500k due to rule breaking. I hope I had it on video, and If I did. Would he/they get banned for it? Based on what I said.

Case 1: You gave plenty of warnings with 'You will get killed' and you said it plenty of times, it is justified. 

I Wanted to do a countdown, but I felt that was not allowed/worst kind of RP.

Yeah, Countdowns will get you banned for Poor / Low Quality RP. Don't be tempted to do this!

In extreme exceptions where he is blatantly ignoring you I would just alert him that if he does not you will forcefully knock him out and thus stopping him from interacting with the shop but at the same time you can't just sprint up and whack him on the head and then begin the rob process because it's considered really poor RP.

Case A: That's really in a borderline would that be bannable offensive to buy things while being threatened, you said to him that if you buy something you will get killed and he decided his fate by doing that so you have full rights to put bullet on his head.

Case B: All over again you have all reasons to kill the person who is refusing to comply your order while you are issuing life threats to him as you already mentioned you issued life threat more than once and you also said other things which put him on that situation he needs to comply or he will lose his life. If you would have killed him it would not bring you to any problems at all. 

Hopefully this gives you some information whats right and whats wrong also It is good you did not choose to use countdown it's bad like Fergus mentioned! Have a good evening!

How about if you're trying to rob someone, you say 'Put your hands up or I'm going to shoot you' they stall, you ask again 'Put your hands up or I'm going to shoot you, final warning' then if they don't you shoot them? Is there any problem there as long as you give them time?

You tell someone to do something, you give them a consequence if they don't, then if they don't you give them the consequence(shooting them) easy as that.

Its best to warn multiple times before shooting in any scenario...

but there is a 5second compliance rule i believe which says that you need to give them 5seconds to comply with your demands...

Keep in mind that you can always knock people out (Shift + G). When they've been knocked down you can rob them of any money they have on them by scrolling on them. You don't neccessarily have to shoot them.
