You just banned "[PC] Kristian" for him posting his simple opinion on a "mature" man like you Wilco. You are bragging about "6000" members and you can not deal with that level of critic.

You're telling me Wilco is a powerhungry guy, making decisions and not putting his ways up for debate with others!? You're telling me he isn't able to take criticism? We never knew!

That is the words Kristian told you and now he is banned because of that. NOT just a normal ban but a community ban. You did not even give this man a fair chance of explanation, or even just ask "why?" OR even better; "Do you have anything I can do better? Or was this just a blowout from your

side?"  <---This is the professional way of doing it.

Also, this is your job, YOUR JOB. Not like a little hobby on the sparetime. You are earning money and still you can not take a single bit of criticism, thats what I find amazing. I can tell you that, a company led by you would go straight west because a good leader have to improve on things he may be doing wrong,  and ask the people what is it I can do better?

I am a friendly person myself, Everyone here thinks of me as a scary admin person and if you say the wrong thing you will get banned... What you have done with Kristian, is the exact opposite. (This is not the first time a community ban is issued without any chance of explanation.)

He's been here since May last year, and never done anything wrong. 400+ hours and also one of the best roleplayers since he is always finding something to roleplay about, and now he is gone for posting something that fell upside down on you.

An important thing to add to is the way the community is being controlled, you are basically banning everyone that questions you and stops the "outbreaks". Instead of just solving them as a great leader would have done.

I may have come across as very toxic, and blindly backing you up in that post, and I got messages saying that your message, your post and your credibility got "weakened", which was never my intention! I have just been fed up with Wilco, and the things he does, doing it however he pleases. Dealing out threats of banning, and being VERY toxic himself. I am close to feeling violated.
You, Steph and Ciaran are (what the general consensus is outside the admin team) the only truly fair Admins, and very much the pillars of the community. Things are going to take a hell of a long time to rebalance with you out of the team. Thats just my two cents.

My credibility... lets start with that, I started this server, i set the rules you all follow... without me this server and community wouldnt be here, I am behind alot of our groundbreaking ideas and decisions here... my credibility is fully intact and i will continue to push this community forward.
 
Yes i will ban people who are doing nothing but bringing this community down and I have said time and time again if you do not agree with what I do and how i run this community then leave!
 
What i dislike and will ban people instantly for is talking shit about me behind my back over private messages in there native language thinking i wouldn't translate it

Incorrect its private until you start either bitching about myself or anyone else in this community.

We do not tolerate it here, The PM viewer will only flag up certain keywords and is mainly for advertising but its also our line of defense in bullying and making people feel unwelcome.

All your messages are not private, God forbid if someone takes something into reallife then under the data protection act they will be provided and it is also my right to read any messages flagged to me.

Basically if you don't want someone to read what your saying here on the forums or via pm then do not say it a tall, Thats also a rule you should take with you on the internet.

If you were paying to use PM services then you'd have a terms of use saying what you can and cannot do, but you are here as a guest technically so if you have something private to say and you want it truly to remain private, email or steam message it.

No, I'm pretty sure Wilco pays for it. You can donate, but you can also donate to save the children, doesn't mean you own them.
