Wilco the Admin.....

 So where to start off... as a bad point of the admin role, I have never heard Wilco speak in game what so ever and when you role-play to Wilco like last night where he played as a medic he never replied once he just stared at me and ran away even though I told him to stop, he doesn't reply nor does he role-play all he does is stare at you wondering what you`re thinking and his goal is to have the best RP server in the Altis server community.
How are you going to role-play without talking?
 
 
 
The second thing that is really wrong is that you can never talk to Wilco but you can talk to all the other admins without any problem or suggestions regarding the server and the gameplay. We think Wilco should interact with the community and the players in game, we think that there would be more role-play initiated if we actually had the main admin playing along with us.
We want to ask the server community what Wilco could do better and improve as an admin?
 
 
 
Thirdly the problem that the server is having is all these rules being added if anything when we play on the server we get thrown into a TeamSpeak room we get all these new rules thrown at us but where are they on the forums? The problem with the rules is they keep changing because they think the game is too unbalanced so regarding the rules on the server they keep adding. Also we get information from an admin about the rules but then when we play by the rules we have another admin banning us because there are different rules apparently they interpret the rules differently amongst the admins themselves.
 
 
We just felt like posting this tonight because of what took place, Carcas got banned because he listened to an admin not going to name him but he listened to him and when he had a cop tazer the admin said it was allowed  which took place today but he still got banned by Wilco this is why we are posting there just the rules are not specific. Imagine if you’re a player on the server and the admin cant give you the correct information, always being different rules with different admins.

Ok... Not going to spend much time on this as you think you can sidestep the unban requests by contacting me over teamspeak rather than starting a post like every other single member of this community.

To start with we have 7 Admins... the reason for this is because i am extremely busy this is made very clear in the rules and information who the team are...and they are all very easy to contact there is no reason at any point for you to directly need to speak to Wilco when I have 7 very trusted people and 2 forum moderators who are extremely good and happy to help ?... I don't know why you need to speak to myself directly... i spend alot of time reading the views on this forum.

I wish i could spend more time on the server roleplaying but the community would fall to pieces, that's why you find other admins are not as active as they once used to be back in feb, march & april time.

Anyway gets try and answer your post clearly and to the point and this is from you and Perez as Shadowslayer was banned for admin abuse this evening something i do not tolerate towards myself or any one of our admin team.

Earlier today I was on role playing, This is something that happens once in a blue moon due to how busy I am behind the scenes running this community that you all play on, If you must know i have over 1700 hours on arma 3 and can tell you a good 1200 of them was spent on this server before you even joined here.

Anyway moving on, I was speaking to the officers and even followed them in during a firefight shouting i will save you fine gentlemen!, I then stumbled across your body to which you was wearing a press uniform and you had no gun, So i was reviving while talking to Mitch, Cardoso & Shadow about admin matters, I then found a body of a police officer to which you ran over and said don't revive him... i instantly replied with well i revived you why not him ?... there was no response and you looted his body stealing a pistol which you then killed him with.

You then proceeded to enter the dome to loot SGT Simpan's body, this under the rules stated a few days ago - http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/6077-looting-rules-temp-rules-until-update-50/ is a banable offense and seeing it happen in front of me i then issued the ban and continued to go about my medic dutys.

You advise you cannot see the rules they are here... - is at the top of the forum, if you have never read the rules or do not keep yourself updated then that is no one elses fault but your own.

Please go ahead and open a unban request if you wish to do so rather than opening this pointless thread aimed towards the people who make things possible.

Edit - Can you also stop posting our "private convos" they are between myself and you, if you think your better than the other players who put so much work into this community and play here daily then no one is keeping you here.

We have rules for a reason and you breached them to gain an advantage at a bank robbery.

I will also apologize for the other admins hiding this post so you have been unable to see my response.

In terms of your different rules different admins... the only rules that should be followed are the ones on this very forum, if someone is telling you different then please contact Mr Cardoso (Head admin)

I have also noticed you have edited your post now at least twice, I noticed you reading this post for a while then you went off the forums.

It would of been nice to hear back from you but i will now lock this topic pending a unban request if you decide to send one, As for your friend shadowslayer anyone who uses foul language towards an admin would never be allowed back on this community, so just saying if that effects your decision to appeal then i have presented that to you.

But clearly u dont understand.....

I talked to Maratek and he advised to u because u banned me.

And what i wanted to talk to u is that we just before the bank talked to an admin and what we are allowed to do regarding looting like spikestrips, food , money and so on. And that question did come from Di Killerquack while we all were on that Teamspeakroom. And the answer were that spikestrips, food, money and guns( that are accessable at a rebel or VIP store anyway are lootable) but u cant take anything else.

So i was banned from u by following an admins advice. I dont feel that's right at all. If u only had replied we could have sort this missunderstanding right away. I didnt do anything wrong.

But alot of the problems comes from ingame problems that blow up in the forums and then its harder to stop so if u solve the problem direct it doesnt have to get so big.

Man are u serious....what i mean is that i giving 600+ hours on your server. If u cant appreciate ppl playing on your server why should anyone play there?

If u were a reallife medic u wouldnt go in the a gunfight reviving ppl. Their own life should be number 1 priority. So if a gunman tells u to stop or leave he should really leave which the other medics on the server has done.

There are rules that isnt on the forum like some kind of 3 minute rule about a copchase.....etc

And to be honest....its all about ppl/admins interpret the same rule diffrently.

I wont do that because i just followed an admin rule told to me so if u want me to play on your server you just have to unban me.

"Better"? what is that about....im one of those players who play here daily...

This was my way to show that its really hard to get u to really talk to players and how hard it is for us players to know the rules when even u say that u set the rules and not the admins. So when we wanna talk to the rulesetter he cant be contacted and he advises to the admin like in your answer above. I cant get how this is gonna work.....?

Like you took away the VDM rule in the bank to get more roleplay and we had a GhostHawk shooting us from the air. How should we deal with that?

 
Now i dont know you in real life but i feel like u are afraid of conflicts but we are persons too. Come talk to the players and everything gonna be much easier for you and the admins.

The reason you was banned is because you looted a police body and stole a pistol, I revived you and you had no gun i then proceeded to the police officers body where there was no one around let alone anyone with a gun.

If you didn't break the rules then you wouldn't of had a gun, At the point you asked me to stop reviving i was nearly finshed, you was unarmed and i said to you in direct communication as stated above " I revived you why can i not revive him?" My position as a medic was completely safe and in all honesty looking back i should not have bothered reviving you.

For you to then go ahead and loot a body on the ground i am reviving with the full intention of gaining a pistol to then kill the person i revived despite the rules clearly stated here - http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/6077-looting-rules-temp-rules-until-update-50/

I have also tonight personally started on the report a player forums and have found the following against you 1.  2. 

I appreciate everyone that plays here so how dare you even try and play that card in some failed attempt to try and make us look bad.

Me and my team put over 80 hours per day into this project between us which is more than any other community's you will find with the exception of some.

Of course i am going to take action if someone is breaking the rules right in front my nose for the protection of those players that come here daily!

I do not see any reason to come and talk to you... all our unban requests are made via the forums, If you have put over 600+ hours into our server then you of all people should know how things are conducted here.

If you think I have time to sit and speak to members in teamspeak then you are wrongly mistaken, thats why we have a very active community and that's why a lot of resources go into that community, To add extra areas to report something actively going on in the server we are adding a shoutbox to the forums in the coming days.

The rules are clear, there is nothing there about a 3 minute cop chase ? again further evidence that you have never bothered to read the rules.

In terms of the ghosthawk shooting you... I haven't seen any report here -http://www.altislife.co.uk/forum/66-police-complaints-commision/ in our police complaints forum so why are you bringing that up now ?

I am unsure why you have directed this post at me rather than at the admin team as a whole ? maybe it was because i banned you... This community has been strong since the day we started it back in February this year and i have been an admin on other community's before, If you felt there was such a issue regarding me why haven't you brought this up before you got banned ??

Anyway topic locked, I do not think considering the 2 reports against you and the rule break i witnessed tonight any admin will unban you but you are welcome to open that un ban request for there viewing.

Its now 3:52 and i will continue to address things more beneficial to the wider community in our reports section rather than spend so much time on someone who thinks there above our community rules/guidelines.

There is a reason why there is a rules and information section. So whatever this admin told you is incorrect and we will be bringing it up with him. Feel free to open a unban request inside of the correct section, 

"had the main admin playing along with us" He is, Cardoso plays alot in game under different aliases.

Please also explain via PM to me who was this admin that took you into a room to explain the rules.
