Ok right now, the admins are dealing with bigger issues than players banned. Please be aware the stress that is on the admins and the server right now and where the un-bans come on the priority list. (Hint: Right at the bottom of the priority list.)

Even if you were banned by mistake or they got the wrong person whatever, the servers aren't exactly stable right now so even if you were unbanned there wouldn't be any guarantee that you would get in-game... People who aren't banned can't even get in-game when the servers are online. Also each unban is investigated, to make sure that what happened actually happened or didn't in some cases.
