In the evidence video provided for my banning for VDM, my username is nowhere to be seen.
While I will admit was riding in the Offroad, I was actually riding in the back of the vehicle, hence there was no possible way for me to deliberately VDM the victim in question.

 I would request that this ban be lifted as soon as possible as I feel that I have been incorrectly targeted for a wrong-doing that was out of my control.

Finally, I have a witness who was also riding in the back of the vehicle with me who can back up my claims. The player goes by the name 'Dragan'.

If you tell me who the driver is and he is willing to take your place I will approve this.

 
I can tell you the driver with Dragans input it was him but I'm not that sure he'll go willingly, he's sort of a douche, hence him running over a guy for no reason.

Man be honest with me Scotsman am I in a loss/loss battle here? I will accept a temparary ban even though it was me and 5 other people involved and the drivers decision, I will be willing to comp and take any punishment deemed fit, just I don't think I should be banned by being a passenger in a VDM accident.

Well your "friend" is gonna be playing freely and this will count as your first strike if I approve it.

Trust me, he isn't a friend not after this, a friend doesn't jump ship when I take his down fall. I would like to say in all the time I have been playing this is the first time I've ever been in trouble, hell I haven't even been put in jail ingame before, but I would accept this as a first stike as you'll never see anything like this again from me anyways.
