Why was there no Christmas day badge awarded this year?

It's a simple question really. Why was there no Christmas day 2018 badge awarded for members who logged in on the 25th December 2018? I missed it last year but was hoping to be awarded it this year however it didn't seem to happen when I logged in.

No I didn't log out and then back in I just logged into the forums like the badge said, assuming that it didn't work. Fair enough it was my bad if I didn't do it correctly and thanks as I will now know what to do in the future!
