Community banned for "bad attitude"... At 6:30 in the morning, after being yelled at that I was being banned, told I was a shit roleplayer, and hours of arguing. At the end, I was tired... Really tired.
Let's start from the beginning. I join the server, at around 4am in the morning, and hear talking from a house behind the police station (I'm a cop), look at the map and see that there is a cop up there, so I go to investigate or to aid him. I see armed men, and I see a police officer being taken hostage. The video will explain most of what happened.
(Everything that happens after I begin patrolling again is not relevant to this issue) In the video it sometimes skips in time, as it does not record when my game is minimized, so unfortunately you will not hear everything that is being said on teamspeak after the incident.

As you might have missed, when I first restrain one of the guys, he actually IC'ly says "Guys come shoot this cop" or something like that.
Keep in mind, I understood that what I had done would likely get me banned, and I had accepted this, with the intention of appealing for a second chance, as I got very panicked and caught up in the moment.
But basically, after this happens Vladic Ka comes in, yelling at first, and we discuss what happens. I understand, that what happened here was poor roleplay, and some of these things should not have been done. But the issue Vladic brought up, is that "I rambo'd in and cuffed everyone", yet from my point of view, there were only 2 people in my sight when I moved in, and as you can see in the video is was an extremely hectic situation. I do indeed admit that what happened here should not have happened, and I sincerely apologize to Vladic, Maratek and anyone else who spent time with this.
Vladic says to me, that he is going to ban me, and that the only thing that could prove him wrong, was if I uploaded the video. I begin uploading the video, as I am sat in the channel with Vladic and Maratek, waiting for the video to upload. It is extremely late, I am very tired, not in the best mood after being screamed at and arguing this for a very long time. As we are talking, Vladic believes that I was being cocky, and decides to, out of nowhere, with no warning at all, ban me from the community, the forums, perma teamspeak and revoke my police status.
I belive that the action he took was way out of line, and even after he brought up that I was sounding like "a dick" to him, I said that I was sorry for that, and that it was not my intention, he said something along the lines "Yeah, they're always sorry after they get banned" etc.
I never at any point said anything directly offensive to either of the two, and to my knowledge, it was purely based on the fact that I disagreed with them with some of the things they were saying. What initially caused this, was Vladic saying something along the lines of "Maratek, do you hear this? This is what I've been dealing with all day" and I respond "What are you talking about Vladic?" - "Omg Maratek" and I said "You think I don't get the hint?" (About what he was implying.) And then, boom, out of nowhere perma banned, with no chance of appeal.
As I have very much enjoyed my time in this community, and even donated to help keeping it going, I decided that I had no other choice but to attempt to appeal this, and share my side of the story, in hopes of getting a second chance.
Should this come to the point, where everyone else agrees that it is a justified reason to issue a community ban, then I will understand and respect that decision.
