To be fair,

 - This guy applied to the cops

 - Invited to interview

then....

 - Didn't know what teamspeak was

 - Discovered he'd never played on the server.

 - Changed application to refused

 - PM'd him informing him of this

 - Received PM asking if He could to his interview ingame.....
