i dont know what i did wrong that i got banned for racim i cant understand  why ? really ?

First of all not the best idea to talk about your ban outside of the correct area https://www.roleplay.co.uk/forms/2-unban-appeal/ - However if you've been banned for racism it is most likely that you have been caught either being racist in-game or saying racist stuff inside of side-chat. Regardless you are best to fill out an unban appeal and find out what you said. Also if you are acting confused and trying to play the "I didn't do it" card then don't they'll catch you out immediately. @GamingAlF

Just fill an unban appeal out wqhich has been linked above, and just accept it that you were banned. Maybe the Staff Team banned the wrong person, but you were either verbally racist to someone or racist in side chat. The chances of you getting unbanned are quite low since it is racism. So if your unban appeal gets denied, you will have to wait another 6 months but that can happen if it gets denied. Best of luck with the Appeal!

This means you have been permanently banned without appeal. If you really don't know how you did get banned go to the support room and ask a support member.
