Why I ain't in the police anymore

People have been bombing me with this on ts, ingame and steam, so here it is, you may see it as crying or bitching, but what ever:
So why am I not in the police anymore?

Well. I've posted on the absence forum that I would be very busy and little playtime etc due to work and school starting.
I played a few times within the absence, but when I had free time to play last saturday, I was no longer whitelisted or ranked on forums, but I had my TS tags.
So I thought they had started dewhitelisting people who are absent (I rarely go that absent).
I already then was asked why I didnt have my tags, which I then had to respond I dont know.
I chilled in the police lounge (even asked SI Fry if they had started removing and dewhitelisting people on absence, but didnt get any answer).
Then I recieved a message from Wilco, stating:
"Just seen your post about you not being sure why you lost your police tag.
I heard today that a member lied to the police about there absence and it turned out that person left the community to go and develop for ****** which was pointed out by someone in the Police.
So they decided to remove you for lying, No issues in developing for another community (unsure why you didn't apply for here) but not being straight i agree with the senior police on that one!
Just thought id let you know!"

That was my first message about me losing my whitelisting etc.
I was really shocked, and I've had people come at me afterwards that meeting where it was announced, asking "Why the fuck are you going there", "you should stop lying" etc.

So. I "lied" about my absence to go develop at another community, the same period that I start on school, being busy enough, on a place I've been developing at since.. may?
Doesn't make any sense. The thing that is funny, is that I have been in the police since July 2014, over a year, and been busting my ass for fixing gaps and redoing a lot of systems in NPAS.
Why would I then lie my absence, as if i didnt care about the place?
I have been talking this whole year about leaving due to personal reasons, me being a bit tired of playing (specially altis life), bad rp etc, but I have stayed here anyhow.

anyhow.
1 post on 1 thread on another communities forums, is considered being active there, and lying my absence here to go there and develope, a place i have been developing for many months now.
If thats a reason to kick me, then ok. But maybe a note or a message would be appreciated?
And even when I've been absence, I have always been a little tour on teamspeak, and always looked on the forums.
And even when I had my latest absence, I have been busting asses for finishing some NPAS things, which I now wont be able to finish. and that is something several people can confirm.

So I note about being busy and little play time, I keep going on ts3 (less ofc) and going on forums while doing NPAS work, while posting a post on a thread another place.
That is lying absence. So people who have been here when its been easy and damn hard (especially in january when 60% of sgt+ left the police whitin a week), and working as fuck for their unit the whole summer,
should'nt be considered being given a warning (which certain people have for breaking actual police rules), but instead getting kicked after over a year without any messages or being able to explain myself.

But anyhow, thanks to many in the police (and most of those that left it) for the great time over the year.

And thats how I'm not in the police anymore.
So if I can stop being spammed that would be great.

I just can't believe this, removing the pillar of NPAS. You were a great asset booker and i hope we will see your return. At least you can focus on better things now.

Just to advise i am nothing to do with your removal as i already said, I went out my way to contact you on steam as your on my list and been here a long time  as i was hearing about the removal.

When you advise the police your inactive for personal reasons then they find out your lying or have a suspension then of course they can remove you its there hobby/passion and the higher ups work really hard here.

But yeah just to advise its fine to develop for other places just be upfront with the police and tell them that's what your doing.

 In this case they might have got it wrong but i don't have any sway or decision in that

Why does it take over a day to send a message to a person, and then being able to as soon as the person have been told by persons that have nothing to do with it, and goes that far to look into it and send me a message about it. 

Yes. I looked over my messages to see if I had been attempted to get contacted by anyone in the higher ups. Which apparently Ciaran had been told,

"They had told me many times they had made attempts to contact you before your removal..."

Yes. I looked over my messages to see if I had been attempted to get contacted by anyone in the higher ups. Which apparently Ciaran had been told,

It was 11pm when you was removed and you was messaged the following day, it would not make any difference if we sent you 200 messages, you only read it yesterday when you posted this topic.

So to say you was not contacted is false, you just failed to read it or check to see if you had been contacted.

May I ask how I've been contacted? because that have neither been through skype, steam, ts or forums.
