Why does nobody care?

I am a die hard for this server, but my ping is usually around 150. On server one I cant even download the kilobytes to get into the server. When i download the kilobytes my ping rises to 200 and it kicks me. I dont even get a chance to get in and let my ping go down and when im on server two my ping settles and is no problem for me or the people around me. I have a friend can get into server one but even when he gets in his ping slightly rises and is instantaneously kicked, no time for it to go back down what so ever. On the midnight restart server 2 is taken down and at that time of the day people from the states get on and we dont have a chance to get on server two. We are forced to try and try over and over again to get in server one with no luck what so ever. So many complaints are  sent in by people who cant get in due to the ping limit and I see absolutely no change, i see admins brush it off when loyal followers and players of this server want to get on and simply cant due to this ping limit. I recommend server ones ping limit is put up to 300 for a week and we see if a change happens. Just a test week to see if people come back to the server and play more.

@BluMTR_Cheech I suggest for you ti utilize the search bar in the top right and search before posting. I have seen at least 3 posts in the last week about a high ping, all of which have already been answered with the exact same answer. There really is no need for another.

Server 1 was just increased from 200 to 250.  The exact same as S2.  If you didn't have problems on S2 before with ping, yet you're still having issues on S1 with ping then its something else.

In any case, as previously mentioned this is the 3rd topic about this issue.
