Why do my zipties disappear after I relog

When I have zipties they disappear can you help?

Because they are illegal so like if you buy a Blasting Charge 1 minute until restart, it will disappear.

Zipties are not persistent so that they cannot be teleported across the map, only a few items are actually persistent, mainly being foodstuffs, drink and a few special items.

This isn't the case for me? If I have zipties and I relog/the server restarts I will always have them in my inventory.
