Why do i get keeping kicked of the Server randomly?

Hey Guys, i started on this Server like 3 days ago and i played like some hours on your server, but yesterday i got kicked like 7 times as i was playing on your server, its just random when i get kicked.

Today i have the same Problem, i lost like 500.000 Ingame Money because of that, so i wanted to ask why do i keep getting kicked randomly of this server?
