Why can you not spawn in Pyrgos?

I don't know if there is a reason behind why you can't as I haven't been around for as long as you elite members but for people who like to spend a lot of time in the Redzone this would be a great area for the rebels to spawn saves them going to the Airport and getting a Helicopter out.
