Why are all the Police skins like this for me? its really irritating? I have asked people and they said its not like it for them?

Try reconnecting to the server (or fully restarting the game for that matter.) Would probably try deleting mission file and re-downloading it if it persists over a reconnect. Seems like the new textures didn't download right

Worked after deleting the mission file. Thank you, was really annoying

Same situation, just re-logged and it fixed.
