Why are servers 2 and 3 down?

Hi, I was on ARMA 3 this morning and server 2 and 3 were down, I come back like over 6 hours later and they are still down... I thought it was a little maintenance but if anyone know why they are offline then that would be great.

The reason Server 2 hasn't been up yet is due to server 1 not being full. As it is starting to fill up Server 2 will be up shortly. If we had the other servers up all the time everyone would split up, make some easy money and less roleplay. We like to encourage roleplay
