Why am i banned ?

Hey, i have just got on Arma 3 ready to play some Altis Life and i seem to find i've been banned ? and i believe its for no reason ? i'm confused and couldn't find anything explaining why.. could someone help.. here is a screen shot of what i see.

It looks like you were banned for rule 1.3. If you want a chance to be able to play again you should make an unban appeal.

Well it says forum report... maybe look for an accepted report on that date and see what it is? Search your Steam ID and the rest will fall into place
