Whitelisted?

How the fuck do I become whitelisted? I'm so confused of this game. I just bought and all these whitelist shit getting onto my nerves like wtf do I do and where do I apply and WTF !?!?!? HELP!??!

When you log in to ALUK press Civ and find a free slot

You do not actually need to be whitelisted in order to play on our server. You just need to select one of the purple civilian slots and then you are free to play.

Please note: In order to join the above factions there is an selection, interview and training process in order to keep a high level of roleplay and knowledge as they are a trusted whitelisted faction.
