What would happen if another rebel gang were to take on the UNMC and win?

would the UNMC lands become the property of this new gang, would the UNMC cease to exist? would it just be written off as a bad day and nothing more be said?

Can other gangs become whitelisted and gain land/borders through exceptional RP?

We didn't become whitelisted because of being a large gang, we were created to provide a different experience and roleplay background, as well as to create a force for the police to fight.

I cannot see any gang becoming whitelisted; and no gang as yet has completely destroyed the UNMC every single time and provided a reason for the UNMC to be rethought.
