Description of what happened: As a bounty Hunter with a gang member, I went on patrol in Kavala when suddenly I heard a car being lock picked. And so the gang member I was with found him in a green zone at the car dealer, so I approached him saying in OOC that you are not allowed to do that, and so he said he did not know and ran off, after a 3 min search the gang member with me found him at the car shop about to get out a car, so I managed to get there in time after the gang member distracted him, he decided to run off again. So this turned into a foot chase when I was in the car, then I finally managed to shot him and somehow the game did not allow me to restrain him, but anyway, after he got back up(Bounty Hunter guns don't kill) he just disconnected to avoid me. Two minutes later he connected again and we told him to get onto ts but he jut ignorded
What Rule Was Broken ?:
6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He disconnected and ignored us after he reconnected
