I was new to Arma 3 before I just got my PC at Christmas. I thought the guy was stealing the heli so i killed him. I've Played allot of Altis seen then I learned a lot. It was a accident.

RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
