recently bought one and was wondering if it is possible to spawn a hemmt from it, I bought the upgrade for vehicles and it doesn't allow me, however someone else said it is a possibility that an admin may have to add it as it could be bugged? TIA

No. You cant take trucks out at warehouses. It will pop up in the top right saying you need to take  this vehicle out in a city. You can only take out cars from gang bases.
