Hi im just wondering hownto get white listed really want to play life brought a pc and arma not to long ago

Do you mean whitelisted as Police or NHS, If so you need to apply through these links:

If you are just wanting to play as CIV then you can just play by clicking the purple icon then joining one of the many CIV slots.
