Are you striving to get more fps in A3? if so replace that 'shitty' cpu. Buying a better gpu won't massively increase fps.

What CPU do you have?
If your gpu is between those choices get the 960. They are phasing out the 2GB model so either you can get one of those cheaper, or spend the money on the 4gb model. I suggest you get the higher memory one, 2GB of Vram is cutting it fine for a lot of games today.
Personally not an AMD fan, it would be my opinion you dont go that route, bt that's up to you.
I say 4GB GTX960.

@Tidus STRIX cooler cards are basically silent and look badass. EVGA SC cards are overclocked and you might eek a bit more performance out of it but there wont be much in it. They're all going to be much of a muchness, just whatever you think looks best. I like the MSI TwinFrozr cooler but i dont know if they have a 4GB version yet of the 960.
