Where have they gone? twice I've been in there and not one person appeared. Then i seen Mentors - closed till further notice.

OK so if i have a issue or would like something verifying like i have in the past with the mentors, who i may add were very helpful with different situations - who do i now turn to?

Can some one tell me if this will return, as i do not want to contact admin with issues as i know they for 1. do not come on to T.S as well as they are not approachable and 2nd they are far to busy with more higher matters relaying to game, dev etc ....

They all got removed with 0 announcement to the whole community... hooray.
Apparently they weren't doing a good enough job, more info to come from the admin team... hopefully.

well i cant say if they were doing a good enough job or not, but i can say every issue that i had it was dealt with in a very good matter, and i believe it resolved many a ? from me that really did help so its a shame to see them gone and being a former mentor myself (Xbox live) i personally know what time and effort a person can put into to help others. so i guess we will have to wait and see whats next in store.

You can always ask question on the forums, there is always people eager to help on here!

I personally don't mind people asking for help on TS, you just need to find me first. Somewhere in the gang channels. All though I can't guarantee that I am able to answer a question completly. :)

 
Mentors are being reworked and will hopefully be coming back soon. In the meantime, you can still join the 'Requesting Staff Help' channel and hopefully someone will get to you, although it was generally the Mentors job to look after that channel, so you might have to wait. 

Normally your not supposed to message staff, but until the Mentors are back up and running I'm more than happy to be messaged by people that need help.

 
I was a mentor and to be honest to hear that we are accused of 'not doing enough' is a little insulting, but yea the mentors have been removed until further notice.

I'm not sure who is meant to be helping people now but hopefully the mentors will return soon with just the active members.
