Where to buy a hunter / strider / MRAP ?

Hey everyone,

I've seen the rules discuss several vehicles and some of them I've also seen driving around:

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (...) Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) (...).

I was wondering, can any of these vehicles (except for the ifrit, since I know) be bought by civilians/rebels?

Hunter is police only, and the strider is UNMC.
So if you want one. you will have to try and steal it.

MRAP is a term used to describe all 3 types of the vehicles. If you must know it stands for "Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected"
