Although there is to much point in buying it until you are financially stable and have that much money you know you can afford to(and potentially willing to) loose in possible minutes because if you park that thing or crash it, cops will insta scrap it

shhhhhhhhhhhh, not so loud >Pretty sure you can also buy it at Sophia Motors stillat least that’s what I did a bit ago. It’s less crowded than outpost and not a redzone.
