Where do people get LRPS scopes, MK200's and other high end weapons?

Hi, I've seen lots of forum posts on how people are selling Mar-10's and LRPS scopes and other high end guns that you obviously can not get from rebel outpost. Are these purchased from Advanced weapons, or is there some other form of getting them such a robbing a certain area (much like a bank)? Also, what is the AR Weapons Cache and what is it for? Thank you.

Well there are a few ways you may obtain these rarer items, first of all you can find them in Cargo Drops dropped around the island however make sure you are prepared because the red/orange area surrounding the drop marker is a red zone meaning any one inside and entering is KOS (Kill On Sight). The other ways are to steal them through robberies or burglary. Also you can buy them on the forums.
