Can I set up a meeting with a senior staff member. Where can I submit a voice meeting?

This is about a problem within the community.

I do in fact need to speak with someone via voice, hence why I am requesting a meeting.
I ask, because I feel I can speak better than type. It is hard for me to convey my messages quickly threw text messages. Also we can not distinguish demeanor threw text messages.
