Where can I buy a bus?

So I just bought the bus pass but I just can seem to find a place to buy a bus. If anyone knows where to buy one can you tell me

Truck shop or motors shop. It's a van transport, select the gigabus skin. You need laws of war DLC but i'm pretty sure there's a popup message for that anyways.
