Dear 'Shambala12', A40 H02
My name is Fergus Walsh, I am from the Department of Traffic Accidents. You were travelling at high speeds, breaking the speed limit and driving on the incorrect side of the road, causing multiple injuries. The govenors of the TA deem your driving to be unacceptable, and causing life changing injuries to Police Officers / Members of the Public. Thankfully, the National Health Service were not far away and saved you.
Since you do not know what object you have hit; I will tell you. On your GoPro, it shows that you were driving on the incorrect side of the road and travelling at approximately 290KMH. This is unacceptable as you are a Member of the Altis Police Force, you are responsible for abiding by the laws, in which you have failed to do so.
This image clearly shows that you were swerving from the left hand side to the right hand side constantly, which could have suggested that you were drink driving. A Breath Test will be conducted when the Doctors deem you fit to be interviewed.
You hit a bollard, causing your wheels to deflate, and causing you to swerve into a workshop's fence. Thankfully, no one was near the fence and that the workshop was closed.
The TA has decided that you pay a grand fee of £4,500. £500 for the Deflated Hatchback Sport wheel, £3000 for the Hatchback Sport and it's repair and £1000 for the Fence you have broken next to the workshop.
