When is TO-199 Neophron coming to V.I.P?

This post is pretty self-explanatory by the looks of the title. 

I was simply wondering when the Neophron jet was coming to the V.I.P shop

The way I always saw it, the jets are a trophy. They serve no use but to say I once had alot of money and now I don't.

I spoke to wilco about this on release and fought that corner to keep them out of the vip store. I hope he sticks to it and keeps it as this trophy.

Now that i think about it i realized that having a jet is pretty unique I got nothing to spend my money on atm so I am trying to gather money to buy one. I Actually like the fact that they're unique. Just like a trophy.

Although, if it were to be released at the V.I.P store, I think it should be at a more fitting price. Maybe around 10-15 million instead of half the price
